The fabric reinforced roof is unique in that it can be applied to both new and existing roofs. It makes a superior roof restoration system as it can be applied directly on top of an existing membrane roof. This will add significant strength to the existing roof while also eliminating the need for tear-offs. It is also approved to be installed on new constructions as well. Like with a traditional membrane roof, we would install insulation board as the base and then apply the fabric reinforced system directly on top.
